Q: 1. What is Linkware, Linkware Freeware and how do I download your Linkware Templates to my file?
A: Linkware Templates are same as Freeware. That means you have the type of license to use the Template for free as long as you put an active link back to the DG OziGraphics site on each page where the DG OziGraphics Template has been used. Linkware, Link Free means that you have the type of licence to use DG OziGraphics Template but you can give me credit for use of free templates or graphics by adding a working link on each page where it is used.
This is the link. http://www.dgozigraphics.com Any graphic on this site, specified as a Linkware Templates may be downloaded by right clicking on the zip icon and choosing from the drop down menu Save as, then save the zip to your folder of your choice, providing you adhere to all Terms of Use. At the moment some of the templates zip are not working or some of the pages with templates don't have yet the zip. In that case you can email and I will send you the zip/s of the Template you wish to have. In future I will have all the zips in place. I have a new computer and at the moment there is a lot of changes I have lot of programs to install and to make the link to the zips and other items to the folders and files of my new computer.
Q: 2. When I submit my order, how do I receive the template?
A. This, does not apply any more since I am not selling the templates.
Q: 3. How do I open my zip file?
A. Since the Template is sent to you in the zip format, you will need Zip program e.g. WinZip program to open or unzip the template file. If you don't have the WinZip or IZArck zip program, a free download of IZArc is available at filehippo.com
Q: 4. What is a PSD file and do you offer help with PSD? Back to the top
A: PSD file is known as Adobe Photoshop image format. This type of format allows designers to work with layers, change color, add layer, remove layered image, editing text, changing font and much more. DG OziGraphics cannot offer you help with the PSD file format since there are several other programs, which can use the same PSD format. The designer must be familiar with the software. However, DG OziGraphics offer you a choice of text, color, and flexibility with most Templates and it is not necessary for you to have PSD format. If the Template you choose to purchase has PSD format and you wish to have PSD file please make a request, then it will be included in the zip. If you need support for the PSD, the developer of the software you have, I can provide you with more information.
Q: 5. Can I be sure that PSD file is compatible with my graphics software?
A: You can download a free PSD sample file here... to test your software compatibility. Unzip it and open the PSD format in your graphic software program. If you are able to open it and see the layers, add or delete a layer, and save layers as a new image, then your graphic software is most likely compatible. If you are still doubtful, contact your software developer and ask them or check their site for Help or FAQ pages.
Q: 6. What is included in the zip of the Template?
A: Depending on the template and your requirements, you may receive files of images or pre-sliced images, HTML source file, animation, date, clock or digital time and different search engines e.g. Google, Yahoo, Altavista etc. also it may contain one or more pages.
Q: 7. What can I change on Free Template?
A: You may not alter the actual header graphics in any way. You may however, place your own Company name, title and slogan in the header. In the body of the Template you may replace my example of photos, text etc. but no significant changes to the page itself is allowed unless it is approved by DG OziGraphics. Please understand, I offer to make free of charge your Title as you see it on the template or if logo is included on the page of your purchased template, I will make the logo also free of charge. Q: 8. I would like to know what is an Exclusive Template? (this question does not apply anymore since I am not selling any templates but instead I am giving them for free download. However you may read the following answer if you like to know the meaning of Exclusive Template.
A: The purchaser of an Exclusive Template is the sole user, whether it be a commercial or non commercial site. Upon the purchase of the template, it will be removed from my site for sale and no other purchaser is the owner of that Template.
However, by purchasing the exclusive Template you are not required to use a link back to DG OziGraphics, it is only necessary for the customers buying from Purchaseware and free templates, (Linkware).
