Q: 9. When does DG OziGraphics remove Exclusive purchased items from the site? (I no longer sell any templates instead I have free download of Templates).
A: Any Exclusive item sold is removed for sale after the template is sent to you in the  zip file by e-mail. It will not be sold again, but DG OziGraphics retains the right to keep it, as long as I wish. Each sold tile (thumbnail) template image, will have a visible Sold sign on the Exclusive purchased Template thumbnail, Logo, etc.                                          
                                                                                                                                                                                                         
Q: 10. If I buy a Purchaseware template do you remove it from your site? (I no longer sell Purchase ware templates but they are now all free on this site).
A: NO. Purchaseware templates may be bought multiple times, but it is priced lower then the Exclusive Template. I need to cover the cost. To create the Purchaseware template, the cost is well over its price. However, each template has to be customized by you with your own images, text, logo and title before it can be a complete web site, therefore, it will be unique to your business.

Q: 11. Can I use your free graphics to make e-mail stationery and to decorate my web pages?
A: Yes, you can as long as you read and adhere to my Terms of Use. If you are using my free graphics to decorate your web site, I would like you to send me your URL, so I can visit your site. You must give DG OziGraphics credit, by using DG OziGraphics active link http://www.dgozigraphics.com/DG_OziGraphics/index.html, it needs to be placed on each page where you have used DG OziGraphics template or image/s (not only on your Link page).

Q: 12. I am a beginner in making web pages on my site, could you help me with HTML?
A: Due to the time involved that would take in helping my Visitors with their web pages, I currently do not offer tutoring. I am planing to have some tutroring in the future, I will endeavor to give to my visitors some of the HTML help and other relative hints. You may find HTML help on the different Internet sites.

Q: 13. What does Linkware mean?
A: Linkware means also free-ware on this site but to use DG Ozi Linkware you must place DG OziGraphics referring active link http://www.dgozigraphics.com/DG_OziGraphics/index.html   on each page where DG OziGraphics are used, (not just on your links page) or you would be in the breach of this site Contract and Terms of Use.

A: F.A.Q. means Frequently Asked Questions.

Q: 16. Why some of the links do not work?
A: There may be several possible reasons. Some connecting links to my site pages could be under reconstruction and are not available for a short period. If the link is to another site, outside of DG OziGraphics, it is also possible that their site is under reconstruction or it may have changed the name of the page and also some sites close down. We apologies for any inconvenience.

Q:  17. Why can't I open and view the page when I click on the link?
A: If you are able to see the thumbnail but you can't see the Template or some other new page open, there are many possible reasons. If you have the popup blocker, you need to have it set to allow new windows to open, as some of the windows are set to open in a new window. Other reasons can be the firewall, Internet security setting or Antivirus program setting may be restricting your viewing. You may try to review your settings, empty you cache and then refreesh or reload the page.

Q: 18. Why links on your Templates do not work?
A: Some of the Templates of freeware, Linkware tumbnalinls on this site may be for display only for a short period to show you what is coming next on this site.

Q: 19. Why don't you give information of the font you use on your Templates or of dividers, images etc.?
A: At DG OziGraphics office I spend hours searching the net for unique, interesting, and beautiful fonts. Then I spend many hours to implement that font in very unique way on different pages of this site, for the template header, logo, dividers, buttons or the font may be used to make a different variety of images. These are special touches that make the difference between an ordinary, good, or great web page or image. Sometimes designers have their trade secrets, just like a chef has his recipe secrets. If you download the Template and if you wish to make your own Company name with the same font or slogan and buttons with the same font I've used on the page for display, I will send you the name of the font. You may remember that I offer to make free of charge the Title, Company Name, Your Name or what ever is on the Template header and 5 buttons (if the template has buttons or as many as it is displaying on the Template). If you need me to make additional buttons or anything else that is not showing on the template there will be an extra charge. Please e-mail   dusanka9@tpg.com.au  or go to our Contact page . I would need the correct details of your request to avoid any extra of your or our time and cost. The cost of any extras depends on what you wish to have created for your pages, so it is negotiable.

Q: 20. When I purchase the Template can I remove the link to DG OziGraphics if I did not pay for link removal?
A: No, please understand that in purchasing or free downloading any template you have accepted all Terms of Use, it is a legally binding contract and any violation will have consequences. We do regular Internet searches for our web Templates and if we find any of our templates that are not registered with us as having purchased a template or, they are not noted as paying for the removal of the link, the offending site is in infringement of Copyright and of the Term of Use contract.
