Fish fillet (any white fish)
Quick and easy frying of fish fillets. 3 tablespoons of oil 4 tablespoon of plain flour
Half teaspoon of salt
Heat the oil in the frying pan.
Salt the fish fillets.
Put the flour on the plate, bring the fish fillet on the plate and spread
the flour all over on both sides then fry one side of the fish until brown,
turning over the fish to brown the other side.
Serve with steamed vegetables and if you like put some lemon
juice on the fried fillets.

The fish recipe for two.
Preparation time 12min. Cooking time 10-15 min.
Fish fillet (any white fish)
2 tablespoons of oil or teaspoon of margarine.
2 small or one large snapper or bream fillet
(large fillet about 300g)
A pinch of pepper (one eight of teaspoon)
2 spring onions
3 medium mushrooms
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 small ripe tomato chopped
Optional small brown onion finally chopped if you do not have spring onions.
You may add some salt if you wish.
Preheat the oven to 190 C. On a baking tray place the foil.
Cut a sheet of aluminium foil, large enough to enclose the fillet.
Grease the foil with oil or half the teaspoon of the margarine. Place the bream fillet in the center and sprinkle with the lemon juice and pepper. Arrange cut mushrooms, spring onion and tomato on top and dot with remaining oil or margarine. Fold the foil over to seal and bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
